We will then go back to our office to create your perfect design. Once your beautiful backyard masterpiece is complete, we will reach out to present the design and a formal price.  

At Stonescape Pools we believe the vision is all yours. We have created a few beautiful pool options to help narrow down the work and time required in creating a custom pool. Make no mistake, these are custom pool designs. We just made the choice simple. This saves us and you a few hours and a few dollars.

Then email us your 'Property Survey' along with your Special Pool Design selection. Once we receive your request. In return, we will send you a request to answer a few simple questions about your yard. It's super easy and quick. 

We will then create your Custom Pool Design with the information you provided and send you a beautiful 3D Drawing along with a formal price. 

If you like it and wish to move forward, we will first send you our contract to look over and sign. Once the contract is returned signed, then to prevent any surprises, we will schedule a site visit to confirm all information is correct. We will be collecting a small down payment of $1,500 to get started on the construction drawings. Once these drawings are complete, we will submit one copy to the city for a Permit and another copy to you. Your copy will be submitted by you to your HOA for approval. After bot city and HOA approvals we can mark the pool and utilities and begin construction on your New Beautiful Pool.
